Probe CX partnership with Uniphore to boost clients’ customer experience capabilities

Probe CX has increased its capacity to help businesses deliver NEXT-generation customer experiences after forming a strategic partnership with Uniphore, a leader in Conversational Automation.

This global strategic partnership will see Probe CX become a reseller and global delivery partner of Uniphore’s conversational automation platform which delivers sophisticated, accurate, personalised and automated customer experiences.

Founded in 2008, Uniphore recently announced a capital raise of USD $400 million in its Series E funding, which will be used to expand its business operations globally including Asia-Pacific. The company supports 175,000-plus customer service agents who can handle more than 120 million monthly engagements.

Probe CX Chief Executive Andrew Hume said his company was looking forward to helping Uniphore establish itself in the Australian market.
