Jenny Angus has a two-pronged motivation for delivering great results at Probe – the positive impact they have on her clients and the pride such wins engender in her teams.

Having been with the company for more than two decades, Jenny has risen from a field agent with her feet literally on the ground to being responsible for strategic leadership across two key markets where she supports clients and their customers on their customer experience journey. Her journey as a Team Leader, Operations Manager, Centre Manager and General Manager means she has incredibly strong operational experience and a personal insight into many facets of the business.

As Probe’s Head of Customer Delivery, Philippines/USA, Jenny is a firm believer that successful teams need to understand their individual roles, commit to executing those roles, work collectively to deliver for their clients – and have a little fun along the way.
