Team Leader - Casual
Utilise your Contact Centre leadership skills to build a culture of success. Probe is currently recruiting for passionate and motivated Contact Centre leaders for multiple client campaigns. You will be a self-motivated leader with a strong focus on coaching, developing and motivating your team to deliver results.
To be eligible for this role you must
- Be a leader who thrives on providing service excellence in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to be able to effectively coach, develop and motivate your team members
- Have high level attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Be capable of building effective relationships and know how to get the best out of your people
- Understand what it means to go above and beyond for customers
- Be a problem solver, a negotiator, and a conflict resolver.
If you have leadership experience in customer service and / or call centres that will be a big plus.
