How can I prepare for my interview?

How can I prepare for my interview?

If your interview is remote, be sure to download any specific software prior to your interview, to ensure that you are able to access the platform on your computer/laptop/tablet/mobile and test that your microphone is working fine.

If you have a face-to-face interview with the manager, they will meet you at the reception/lobby. Please sign in at the reception or service desk for entry. If you are well-prepared, you will be able to relax more and just be yourself.

So here are a few tips on how you prepare before going into an interview:

  • Revisit your CV and prepare to speak about your current role, successes, etc.
  • Read the job ad again before attending an interview. That way you can get a good understanding of what competencies and skills are desirable for the role.
  • Prepare answers on how your skills and competencies fit the specific role. For instance, ask yourself: where do you fit the criteria perfectly, do you have any gaps and what other relevant skills do you have to bring to the table.
  • Start to think about what personal and professional skills you possess, but also the ones you would like and need to develop.
  • Finally, prepare a few questions on things that you want to know about us! Ask us questions about the role, our benefits program or any of the areas which matter the most to you.
