Call Centre Representative - Government Client

To be eligible for this role you must:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you)
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
- Be able to build a relationships with customers over the phone
- Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
- Deliver amazing customer experiences every time
- Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
- Be comfortable to work in a flexible seating environment.
